🎬 Film & Book Premiere
This gala celebrates the release of a new film and book highlighting the resilience of the Japanese sake industry. The documentary tells the story of breweries in Noto, Japan—a region deeply affected by the earthquake in January 2024. Our dear friend Raechel (wife of Soichi) visited the area and helped bring this powerful story to life. The film honors both the hardships and the legacy of the sake community.
